Does it cost money?
No. Kandedong is free and doesn't require an account. Open the web app and start snapping.
I can't type well. Can I still use it?
Yes. The photo is the question — upload one without typing anything and Kandedong automatically explains what matters. You can also hold to talk and ask by voice.
Are my photos stored?
No. Photos are discarded right after analysis. If you save a result, only the text explanation is kept — never the image.
Will it make things up?
When something is unreadable, Kandedong marks it "unreadable" instead of guessing. Important dates and amounts come with the exact text from your photo so you can verify them yourself.
Can it handle things written in English?
Yes. English letters, bills, and labels get explained in simple Chinese — including how things usually work in America, not just a literal translation.
What about family members who struggle with smartphones?
Turn on Simple Mode: the home screen becomes two giant buttons — take a photo, and see past results. Big text, big targets, nothing to figure out.
